Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, the cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon receipt of the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the actual price paid after the discount.

Late or Missing Refunds
